About the Owner
Chris Van Landuyt is a talent management consultant with over a decade of experience in both internal and external settings. Her work has focused on designing effective talent management strategies and tools including customized assessments for selection, development, career pathing, and succession management. She also has deep experience in interpreting off-the-shelf assessments from third parties and crafting blended solutions around multiple assessments. She is particularly skilled at communicating across skill levels, designing pragmatic solutions that help clients capitalize on existing structures or archival data within their own companies, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional guidelines. Chris works with clients across the US and Europe.
